Which podcasts talked about your brand in the last 90 days, and what they said
You want to know which podcasts talked about your brand, and what they said. You type the name. Fractl Agents finds every podcast passage from the last 90 days that says it, including the spellings a transcript would use, such as 'fractal' for Fractl.
Then a decision model reads every passage. It keeps only the ones that mean your brand, marks the sponsor reads, and reads the tone: positive, negative or neutral. You get each passage with the show, the episode, the date and a link to listen.
Keep working with these podcast mentions in Fractl Agents
We email you a link. It opens a free Fractl Agents workspace with $200 of credits, and your podcast mentions open in the chat with every passage, show and episode, ready to work on.
Your results live in this tab until you send them to your email. Send yourself the link within 24 hours; after that these results are deleted.
What Fractl Agents does during the run
Fractl Agents searches podcast transcripts for the name and its spellings
Transcripts are written by speech-to-text, so a name can come out spelled another way: Fractl becomes 'fractal'. Fractl Agents works out up to four such spellings, then searches the transcripts of podcast episodes from the last 90 days for each one, and takes up to three passages from each episode. This takes a few seconds.
A decision model reads each passage
For each passage, the decision model answers three questions. Does it mean your brand, and do the passage's own words show it? Or is it the ordinary word, something else with the same name, or a word that only sounds alike? Is it a sponsor read, or someone talking on their own? Does the speaker sound positive, negative or neutral?
Fractl Agents finds the minute each name is said
For the episodes with the most mentions, Fractl Agents opens the full transcript to find the minute each passage starts, so the audio link starts at that moment.
Fractl Agents groups the mentions by show
Fractl Agents merges a passage that the same show repeats, such as one sponsor read played in many episodes, counts the mentions on each show and on each day.
You read what each show said
Open a show to read its passages, with the date, the minute and a link to listen. Sponsor reads also have their own list. The passages that were left out are kept aside with the reason, so you can check them.
